Ground-level Ozone
A Ground-level Ozone is Ground-level Ozone is formed by a Chemical reaction between volatile organic compounds and oxides of nitrogen in the presence of sunlight. Ozone concentrations can reach unhealthful levels when the weather is hot and sunny with little or no wind. High concentrations of ozone near ground level are harmful to people, animals, crops, and other materials.
