Land Disposal Restrictions
Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) are restrictions which were mandated by the 1984 HSWA amendments to RCRA. They prohibit the Disposal of hazardous wastes into or on the land unless the waste meets treatability standards of lower toxicity.
