A NADP is National Atmospheric Deposition Program. A national atmospheric deposition monitoring network. The network is composed of deposition monitoring stations throughout the country equipped and designed to measure precipitation and atmospheric deposition rates. Samples are sent to a central laboratory for analysis creating a national picture of atmospheric deposition (see http://NADP.sws.uiuc.edu/ ).
