A Control Technique Guidelines (CTG) is EPA documents designed to assist state and local Pollution authorities to achieve and maintain Air Quality Standards for certain sources (e.g. organic emissions from solvent metal cleaning known as degreasing) through reasonably available control technologies (RACT).
