The Project Life Cycle is the sequence of major events in a process, such as systematic planning, development of appropriate documentation (QA Project Plans and Standard Operating Procedures), execution of the planned events (sampling, analysis, and data review), assessments of work conducted, and development of the final product (publication) and action to be taken based on the project results.
